How to make the exchange of the piece?

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the order receipt date to make a return. Once the order has been processed we do not offer cancellations or changes.



To request a return label, please e-mail support@soulzenshop.com with your order number.



Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Soulzen tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds are processed within 4-8 business days of receipt.



Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for Returns.



We're unable to process Exchanges at the moment. However, you can always return the original items you purchased for a full refund, then place a new order.
